The newly-crowned number one broker for Loan Market has opened the group’s first suburban branch in New South Wales.
Jason Basseal of Loan Market Burwood said his ambition is clear: to build a business that can help his clients reach every financial goal.

“What my team and I try and deliver is something completely different. We’re diversifying our business to ensure we can help the community in all finance matters,” he said.
“My goal is to become a trusted adviser to my clients – someone who helps them in all finance matters and in turn helps them achieve their lifestyle goals.”
Mr Basseal was named best-performing broker at Loan Market’s international awards in August, beating nearly 600 brokers across Australia and New Zealand to claim the top spot.
Loan Market’s NSW director, Michael Karpathakis, said he is thrilled that Mr Basseal has been recognised for all his hard work over the past year.
“It’s not only fantastic to see the exceptional results that he’s achieved, but it also reinforces his future ambitions,” he said.
