Mortgage Choice has announced the appointment of a new general manager of distribution.

Neill Rose-Innes has been selected for the role, having previously been employed as the brokerage’s chief information officer.

Mortgage Choice chief executive officer John Flavell said Mr Rose-Innes was a natural fit for the role.

“During his time as Mortgage Choice’s chief information officer, Neill has been responsible for delivering efficiency and productivity gains through technology, system and process automation, as well as the effective delivery of support to the franchise network from the learning and development and lending support teams – all of which he has done very successfully,” Mr Flavell said.

“With that said, I believe Neill has the experience and the ability to help Mortgage Choice grow its franchise network and, in turn, market share, in his new role as general manager of distribution."

Mr Rose-Innes new role will see him responsible for providing direction, leadership and coaching to ensure the franchise continues to develop and build its sales, marketing and business generation skills.

In addition, Mr Rose-Innes will also be responsible for ensuring quality service and compliance with overall brand and system objectives.

Mr Rose-Innes said he is excited about his new role and looks forward to seeing the company go from strength to strength.

“I am confident we can continue to grow, expand and evolve in line with our customers’ needs, as well as extend our already vibrant brand and network,” he said.

“I am looking forward to being a part of this next chapter for Mortgage Choice.”

Mr Rose-Innes has 30 years’ experience in information technology, management consulting and business leadership.

Prior to joining Mortgage Choice in September 2007, he was the CIO for RAMS Home Loans before operating as the head of operations at Greenway Capital.
