Loan Market has just wrapped up a referral initiative across its Victorian network which has uncovered over 1,000 qualified leads for brokers.
The campaign – ‘A September to Remember’ – concluded on 31 October, uncovering 1,135 qualified leads for Loan Market brokers and 160 appraisal opportunities for Ray White.

Zole Elali from Ray White Caroline Springs was the number one referrer to brokers with 37 qualified leads, while Ben Taylor took out the top position for Loan Market, referring 22 appraisal opportunities back to Ray White.
With 20 brokers and 32 Ray White offices participating, Loan Market Victoria director Andrea McNaughton said the spring referral initiative proved a success among the state’s networks.
“By enabling our brokers to refer back to agents, we’re making strides in increasing the level of trust – not just between Loan Market and Ray White – but between our two industries as a whole,” she said.
“It goes a long way to disprove the sentiment that brokers don’t refer back to their real estate partners – it’s a really valuable result for both businesses.
“Real estate and finance go hand in hand, and as far as I’m concerned every agent should have a relationship with a mortgage broker. At Loan Market, we’re working hard to make those partnerships easier and more valuable for both sides.”
