Vow Financial has announced the appointment of a national relationship manager for its new broker mentoring program.

Adam Flint will step into the new role of national mentor relationship manager at Vow Mentoring with over 10 years’ experience in training and development, including working in similar roles at Loan Market and Savills.

Vow’s national sales manager, Leighton King, said the aggregator is proud to have Mr Flint take the reins of its national mentoring program.

“It was time to take the program to the next level and given Mr Flint’s extensive experience using the Vow software platform plus market knowledge, he was a natural choice for the job,” he said.

“We can see growing demand to be part of a quality training program with access to an experienced mentor. Other aggregators have created programs, but we find that many times they price them at such a high cost that they become unaffordable for new brokers.

“We are excited to see Mr Flint accelerate our entrants’ path to business success.”

Commenting on his appointment, Mr Flint said he is committed to ensuring his mentees have access to the best support and services available in the market.

“I’m very excited to be coming on board in this growth period for Vow. We soft launched [the program] in New South Wales two months ago with 10 brokers and are quickly gaining momentum with 10 more starting,” he said.

“The program is expanding nationally in February. I wholeheartedly believe that with proper mentoring, finance brokers have the best possible chance at launching sustainable new businesses. I’m looking forward to doing all I can to help them succeed.”
