Aussie Home Loans has launched a new online community for its brokers and franchisees to provide them with “information and support to properly conduct and grow their performance and businesses”.
The new community, Aussie Chatter, has been designed to provide brokers and franchisees with a “trusted and indispensable one-stop shop” that covers news and information, and enables its more than 1,000 brokers and franchisees across Australia to share their experiences, expertise and support for each other via a forum.
Aussie Chatter works in conjunction with the Aussie Learning Portal and features loan and client scenarios and tips for all staff and brokers, and real-time updates on product and rates information.
The online community is accessible through broker logins.
The chief executive of Aussie, James Symond, commented: “Aussie Chatter is another key element in our work to drive our community of brokers to work together as a team and achieve more record results over coming years.
“Aussie’s team comprises many men and women with extensive experience in the financial service industry and they now have a forum through which they can impart their knowledge and tips to the younger members,” he added.
