Ms Kruger has been internally promoted, having been with the company since the launch of SFGconnect at the beginning of 2018, and has since proven her “youthful enthusiasm” and “ability to deliver exceptional customer-focused solutions” to SFG members, according to the aggregator.
Ms Kruger previously served as SFGconnect administration and training officer, assisting in the launch of the CRM and providing training and support to members, and has a “proficient understanding” of finance broking, public and human relations, administration and marketing.
She spoke at the aggregator’s 2019 National Conference about embracing change and the digital future of finance broking, which SFG owner and managing director William Lockett said “inspired the creation of a new role in our business for 2020”.
“We are excited to have Alex undertake this role, and we look forward to her assisting SFG lead the marketplace with the use of technology,” Mr Lockett said.
Commenting on her new role, Ms Kruger said: “SFG has been providing cutting-edge technology to members for years, so I’m excited to be appointed to this vital position.
“I am dedicated to the continued development of innovative solutions that leads to bigger opportunities for our members and business partners, especially in the current environment in which we all must adapt and embrace change to achieve success.”
