As well as producing daily news bulletins, weekly podcasts, monthly magazines, broker guides, videos and webinars, The Adviser also produces a series of award-winning events that are held across Australia throughout the course of the year.
Following demand from remote and regional brokers unable to attend The Adviser’s metropolitan events – and given the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and associated social distancing requirements – The Adviser is pleased to launch a new e-learning platform, providing bite-sized professional development content specifically tailored for the broking industry.
The Adviser Knowledge Centre, housed on The Adviser website, offers brokers the chance to access the brand’s wealth of content – from podcasts, webcasts, magazines, as well videos of sessions from our latest educational conferences – while topping up their CPD points from anywhere, including home.
Launching the new platform, The Adviser founder and Momentum Media director Alex Whitlock commented: “Since launching The Adviser over a decade ago, our single focus has always been to keep brokers better informed and deliver educational and informative content to our readers.
“With the launch of The Adviser Knowledge Centre, we’re thrilled to be able to deliver our professional development content to brokers via one convenient platform.
“Now, regardless of a broker’s geographic location – whether it be in regional Queensland or working from their home office – brokers can have access to leading speakers and learn about cutting-edge strategies covering a host of different functions.
“Whether it be engaging with podcasts and learning what Australia’s leading brokers are doing, reading the latest features in The Adviser online magazine, or hearing from the country’s leading speakers and specialists on everything from diversifying into new revenue streams, learning how to get the most cut-through with their marketing, or understanding the homebuyer of the future, The Adviser Knowledge Centre has unique content created with brokers specifically in mind.”
Mr Whitlock added that the content is relevant for all brokers – new and established – and can help provide “new perspectives on old challenges”.
He concluded: “We will continue to build and add new content to The Adviser Knowledge Centre – and encourage more trainers, educators and thought leaders to come along and join us on this important education initiative.”
