Australian Broking Awards 2020: New Office and Loan Administrator of the Year finalists revealed!

The Adviser, in partnership with Teachers Mutual Bank Limited, is pleased to announce the finalists for the New Office and Loan Administrator of the Year categories for the Australian Broking Awards 2020.

This year, finalists for the Australian Broking Awards (ABAs) are being revealed by category over the course of two weeks (ending 3 July).

This new approach aims to showcase the outstanding achievements of our finalists in each hotly contested category, with each finalist having a dedicated profile page to display their valuable contribution in strengthening Australia’s broking profession.

This award recognises the most successful new office in 2019.

Open to all residential mortgage brokerages/offices that set up business for the first time in the 2019 calendar year, this category assesses the performance of both the individual brokers and collective office, as well as customer servicing capabilities.

There are three finalists for this group category this year – two in Victoria and one in NSW.

Loan Administrator of the Year

As well as celebrating brokers, the Australian Broking Awards also honour the loan administrators that work in tandem with their broker partners to provide an outstanding client experience.

This award takes into consideration those who have most effectively supported the broker or business in which they work, assessing the volume of submissions supported; attention to detail; knowledge of products, bank systems and loan processes; as well as customer service capabilities.

There are 10 loan administrators in the running for the Loan Administrator of the Year award, covering Victoria, NSW, Queensland and South Australia.

The Australian Broking Awards 2020 to be held on 16 July

This year’s awards will be delivered through our first-ever virtual awards broadcast on the evening of Thursday, 16 July, which will bring the excitement and fanfare straight to your homes as we look to recognise the achievements of talented professionals leading the way.
