Mr Nicholas has taken the job after being a BDM with lender software provider Loanworks.
Previously, he had operated his own brokerage, and had worked as a senior mortgage consultant with Rate Comparison and Australian Mortgage Options.
Meanwhile, Mr Hilton has come to Resimac from Westpac, where he was BDM for SME in NSW and the ACT.
Previously, he worked with AFG and was a forward observer in the Australian Defence Force, before crossing over to the finance industry.
Daniel Carde, general manager of distribution at Resimac commented: “We’re excited to have Craig and Logan join us, bringing their extensive knowledge and experience to help us build on the services we provide to brokers.
“We are always looking at ways to improve, evolve and grow the support network for brokers.”
Resimac has stated that it is investing in its broker network by growing its team of BDMs.
The lender has also flagged an investment in technology to improve the broker experience, with the initial roll-out expected in the coming months.
Further, Resimac’s asset finance division recently acquired a 15 per cent stake in equipment finance business Sonder Equipment Finance.
