Mr Postlethwaite brings a “strong experience in the 3rd party referral market”, Moneytech said.
The company also welcomed a new chief financial officer to the team – Stephen Fox – who joins from Thorn Group as head of finance.
Moneytech said Mr Fox brings “strong experience as a dynamic and respected senior leader and CFO” after holding similar senior positions at PwC and Pepper Financial Services Group.
Nick McAvoy also joined the team as the new chief technology officer after serving nine years as head of technology and systems at ScotPac.
Moneytech said Mr McAvory would bring “excellent experience in building strategies and tech solutions to enable complex commercial finance products and solutions”.
The expansion comes after the recent appointment of two new business development managers to the team.
Moneytech chief executive Nick McGrath said he was “delighted to build out the strength of our leadership team” as the company moves into the next phase of growth.
“The new appointments bring a vast range of leadership and operational experience which will ensure Moneytech continues to be able to grow and provide the exceptional service and products to our customers and partners that we are known for.”
