Mortgage manager Nationwide Lending announced this week that it has accredited more than 250 brokers.
Craig Pickering, Nationwide’s strategic business manager, said the strong growth in broker numbers was due to the mortgage manager’s unique patented software the Ultimate Home Loan Calculator.
The software enables brokers to determine their own commission structure, he said.

“Using our software the majority of our accredited brokers are earning one per cent upfront on the deals they submit to us,” Mr Pickering said.
