Melbourne-based Alliance Financial Group (Alliance) has secured an agreement to be the recommended financier for home loan referrals from the Barry Plant Real Estate Group.
According to Alliance’s CEO Craig Dres, the relationship brings together two organisations with a similar ethos and is a good fit for Alliance’s business model.
The Barry Plant Group has around 80 offices throughout Victoria.

Alliance, which “generates significant business through real estate agents”, now has over 300 referrer agreements in place, Mr Dres said.
The company plans to recruit and train 10-15 new brokers to help service the Barry Plant Group relationship.
