For the second consecutive year, Smartline has named Cathy Anderson as its franchise owner of the year.
In 2008 Ms Anderson wrote more loans than anyone nationally in the Smartline group.
But more than her business volumes, Smartline’s managing director Chris Acret said Ms Anderson also showed strong leadership skills and was well aligned with the company’s brand and systems.

“Cathy is passionate about assisting her clients and providing them with a high level of service and advice while having a strong understanding of the home loan environment and its many current intricacies,” Mr Acret said.
Earlier this year Ms Anderson was named Operator of the Year by the MFAA.
