SMSF Magazine is an exciting new product for mortgage brokers to capitalise on the bourgeoning self-managed super fund (SMSF) sector. To view the latest issue click here.
The SMSF sector now accounts for over 480,000 funds, representing more than 900,000 members and one third of the $1.4 trillion in superannuation monies.
In the four years to June 2012 the SMSF sector grew by $109 billion (or 33 per cent), highlighting the opportunity for engaged, informed and driven brokers to provide support to trustees investing in property via their SMSF.
However superannuation can be a highly technical area and the regulations that relate to super fund borrowing is no expectation. Brokers need to be well-versed in the regulation and legislation relating to borrowing within an SMSF to ensure the best outcome for their clients.
SMSF Magazine, published twice-yearly, has been created to enhance the capabilities of those mortgage brokers focused on servicing the SMSF sector – equipping them with the tools, techniques, knowledge and strategies to better service their SMSF clients.
It’s also a key resource to support brokers as they realise the business benefits of specialising in SMSFs, offering diversification strategies, marketing tactics and insights to support business growth.
