“Planning for this conference, our dream was to put together something very different; a conference about mind, body and spirit,” said Mr De Martino.
“The theme for our conference this year is 'Recharge', and we recognise that building and growing a successful business needs a holistic approach with your mind, body and spirit in the right place to focus,” he added.
Mr De Martino said the value of conferences such as this one always comes from listening to other brokers and learning from the experience of colleagues.

Some of the notable presenters include inspirational speaker Tom O’Toole; Ronni Kahn, CEO and founder of Australia’s leading food rescue organisation, OzHarvest; seven-times Iron Man champion and former ‘Australia’s Fittest Athlete’, Guy Leech; and Layne Beachley, who is widely regarded as the most successful female surfer in history.
