MFAA president Phil Naylor said the association encourages all new brokers to undertake a mentorship to gain the skills needed to become a successful broker, with the MFAA providing an optional mentorship program open to all new industry recruits.
“Anyone with less than two years’ experience is advised to do the program,” he said. “What we are finding is those brokers who are doing those programs are coming into the industry much better prepared.”
