Publisher of The Adviser Jim Hall expressed his delight in being able to recognise the leading lenders in what has proved to be an instrumental part of the mortgage broking industry.
“Non-banks have been a major contributor to the strength and value proposition of mortgage brokers over the years," Mr Hall said.
"Originally injecting a genuine alternative to the majors by competing fiercely on price, the non-banks today not only offer competitive pricing but deliver service, speed and innovative products that go hand in hand with the broker proposition.”
Based on feedback from the broking community, we will reveal which lenders and mortgage managers are leading the way in non-bank lending.
Brokers can have their say on which non-banks have the best proposition by taking two minutes to complete this survey.
Brokers who complete the survey will go into the draw to win a bottle of Dom Perignon champagne and a ticket to the Better Business Summit in their home state.
