Pisces has launched a new web-based application that enables brokers to complete accurate assessments and comparison of home loans without having to switch from their current service platform or provider.

“This product is unique because it allows everyone from individual brokers to aggregators access to a software program that can quickly and easily compare products in an accurate fashion,” Mr Turner told Mortgage Business.
“Another unique function of this software is that it allows lenders to have direct access to their information, which means they can play a more active and direct role in the process of ensuring the data is rich, timely and accurate.”
Since launching the product in August, Pisces has rolled out the software to its network of clients including National Brokers Group, Astute and Mortgage Wisdom as we all as numerous individual brokers from other aggregator groups.
Most recently, Pisces commenced a pilot of a branded version of the platform with Mortgage House.
The brokerage’s managing director Ken Sayer told Mortgage Business that the new web-based application had helped the company improve its productivity, efficiency and confidence.
“The software has improved the confidence levels of my staff, because they know the information they are giving their clients is 100 per cent accurate and up-to-date,” Mr Sayer said.
“Moreover, it has helped the brokers with less than two years experience come up to speed on all the latest products. This program helps them understand mortgage broking jargon and the best part about it is, we have not had to change our overall service provider to obtain the benefits of using this software.”
