FBAA announces national conference

The FBAA has said it will show brokers how to “maximise their revenue” at its upcoming national conference.

The one-day event will be held on November 14 at Sea World Resort on the Gold Coast. It will be open to all brokers, not just FBAA members.

Speakers will include Deena Janes from Your Client Matters, customer service expert Martin Grunstein and Singapore-based venture capitalist Koichi Saito.

FBAA chief executive Peter White said the conference would challenge brokers to build their businesses and the industry.

“With the current interest rate movements and legislative tightening around the NCCP, now is a great time for brokers to learn how to maximise their revenue and service customers in new ways,” he said.

“Our aim is to show finance professionals that there are more opportunities for their businesses than they may be experiencing now.”
