Pepper has unveiled a new online training course to help brokers master specialist lending.
The course will take brokers through a five-step process on how to position a specialist home loan with a customer expecting a prime rate, according to Pepper.

It will also provide tips and tutorials for brokers on how to deal with borrowers who may not meet traditional lending requirements.
This specialist lending course is part of Pepper’s Better Business eLearning Hub.
Pepper’s director of sales, Mario Rehayem, said the course will help brokers approach specialist lending in a more confident way.
