Omniwealth, a financial planning dealer group, has decided to diversify into mortgage broking.
The mortgage broking firm, Omnifinance, is expected to complement the company’s investment advice capabilities by specialising in investment property lending.

The company’s research and product development manager, Wendy Little, told Mortgage Business that Omniwealth established the mortgage broking business in a bid to expand the range of in-house services it provided to its clients.
“Omniwealth plans to develop Omnifinance into one of Australia’s leading mortgage broking businesses,” Ms Little said.
“Our experience with investors and investment structuring is unrivalled in the industry and this experience provides our clients with specialised advice within the lending arena.”
