One broker has won a trip for two to Hawaii by lodging supporting loan documents correctly using a mortgage technology platform.
Run in conjunction with mortgage aggregator Connective, Patrick Cranshaw of North Brisbane Home Loans was the lucky winner of NextGen.Net’s ApplyOnline Supporting Documents competition, which required brokers to use the Supporting Documents service without requesting an exception for missing documents in order to enter the draw.

Mr Cranshaw said NextGen.Net’s platform is a crucial to his client relationships, and he is such a fan of it that he prefers not to use lenders who don’t endorse the technology.
