Suncorp unveils rewards program for brokers

Suncorp Bank has launched a new rewards program designed to support brokers’ relationships with customers through priority service and preferential turnaround times.

The program “Elevate” is accessible to brokers at all business levels and will focus on equally on quality and volumes of business written using a three-tier system – gold, silver and bronze.

Suncorp says Elevate provides brokers with access to special offers and dedicated support teams, and delivers a range of benefits including priority service and preferential turnaround times.

Steve Degetto, head of intermediaries at Suncorp, said the program offers brokers the chance to stand out from the crowd.

“The launch of Elevate is a major milestone for Suncorp Bank. It represents a great opportunity for us to reward and recognise those brokers who share our values and continue to partner with us,” he said.

“This new, innovative approach to reward and [recognise] means brokers don’t need to be big writers or have an enormous portfolio to realise the benefits, with all levels of business being rewarded.

Mr Degetto said Suncorp is committed to developing sustainable long-term relationships with brokers and Elevate is just one of the ways the regional bank aims to recognise and reward them.

“The program also demonstrates our focus on continuous improvement of our own business to fulfil broker needs,” he added.
