PLAN Australia has given its top-performing brokers exclusive access to some of the world’s most innovative technology companies in Silicon Valley.

The aggregator’s High Performance Conference took place earlier this month in San Francisco, with attendees receiving a private briefing at the head office of Pivotal, a company that helps companies including Philips, Mercedes-Benz, Uber and Airbnb develop software and services by rethinking the customer experience.

Brokers were also given a guided tour of Stanford University, which included lectures on innovation and entrepreneurship.

The conference featured panel discussions from representatives of business data companies CoreLogic, DocuSign and Salesforce, as well as a Q&A session with PLAN Australia CEO Phil Quin-Conroy.

Mr Quin Conroy said the conference highlighted PLAN’s focus on providing leading professional development and technology opportunities for its brokers.

“PLAN Australia’s High Performance Conference continues to evolve, and I was delighted to provide our brokers with access to world-class, one-of-a-kind learning opportunities to reward them for their success and to re-invest in their upskilling,” he said.

“We look forward to building on the valuable knowledge, techniques and insights gained from this event to assist our entire broker network to think about how to continue to stay customer-focused and examine how technology can support this.”
