Brokers were also given a guided tour of Stanford University, which included lectures on innovation and entrepreneurship.
The conference featured panel discussions from representatives of business data companies CoreLogic, DocuSign and Salesforce, as well as a Q&A session with PLAN Australia CEO Phil Quin-Conroy.
Mr Quin Conroy said the conference highlighted PLAN’s focus on providing leading professional development and technology opportunities for its brokers.
“PLAN Australia’s High Performance Conference continues to evolve, and I was delighted to provide our brokers with access to world-class, one-of-a-kind learning opportunities to reward them for their success and to re-invest in their upskilling,” he said.
“We look forward to building on the valuable knowledge, techniques and insights gained from this event to assist our entire broker network to think about how to continue to stay customer-focused and examine how technology can support this.”
