Tech upgrade to deliver ‘real time saver’ to brokers

Mortgage tech provider NextGen.Net has enhanced its ApplyOnline platform by launching new features to provide brokers with further capabilities.

NextGen.Net’s ApplyOnline app will now allow brokers to call their customers from within the app itself.

NextGen.Net sales director Tony Carn commented: “It’s great, a real time saver. When the broker receives a push notification telling them a status of a loan, they just tap on the notification which will take them to the specific loan, then they can tap on the phone icon to call their customer.”

“There is no need to go looking for the customer’s phone number anymore. The ApplyOnline app makes it quicker and more convenient for the broker to get in contact while on the road and helps provide exceptional customer service,” Mr Carn explained.

Other new enhancements to the app include the ability to filter by loan status and customisable notifications.

Originally released in March this year, the app allows brokers to view a consolidated feed of their pipeline with all lenders, see all milestone and events for each application, search for a specific application and receive real-time push notifications at each stage of the loan process.

This update comes after Suncorp Bank recently launched electronic lodgements for small business loans via the platform at the beginning of this month.

The latest version of the app is available for download now for iPhone, iPad and Android devices at the Apple App Store and Google Play.
