“The eBroker app allows our brokers to better manage their leads and referral partnerships,” Loan Market’s Sam White explained late last year.
“The program allows referrers to keep track of all leads and most importantly ensures our brokers are on top of all their leads.”
The app has now been rebranded, running under the name Connect and aims to offer referral partners a more transparent referral process.
In tandem with this, Loan Market has launched its new Link program to help drive the use of the app and strengthen the existing referral relationships within the network.
The program involves property managers, agents and brokers from Ray White, Living Here and Loan Market.
“Our focus is creating a premium customer experience by broadening the range of services offered to our clients (finance, property management and real estate) and improving the level of service we deliver,” Loan Market explained.
Meanwhile, the mortgage brokerage has launched a competition in a bid to increase the number of referrals being generated through the app.
“Prizes are given on a fortnightly and monthly basis for top referrers,” the company said.
“We have already seen an increased number of franchisees within the group wanting to work together and develop stronger sustainable referral relationships,” it said.
