According to the company’s principal Darryl Benn, the new model, which will be officially launched on 25 May 2010, will help brokers grow their business and improve client relations.
“While I don’t want to give too much away, I will say that this model is completely new to the mortgage industry, this is a first for Australia and it will change the way in which brokers work with their clients in the future,” Mr Benn said.
“We realised some time ago that a lot of brokers were facing challenges to survive and grow a viable business with shrinking commissions, less loan products to offer and tightened lending regulations. However, that will soon be a thing of the past because we now have a solution for brokers by providing new options to successfully build a sustainable business.”
The new model is said to help brokers grow and diversify their core offering beyond the traditional home loan.
