“We are focused on using smart technology to make it easier for brokers to both collect customer information and submit documentation, simplifying the home loan process,” NAB general manager of broker distribution Steve Kane said.
“In 2017, we have made a range of changes to make submitting home loan applications easier, simpler and more efficient for brokers and their customers.
“Helping You Accelerate will enable brokers to get the most out of these enhancements, by streamlining them into a simple step-by-step guide.”
The campaign expands upon NAB’s decision to accept applications with verification of identity tools, IDme and ZipID. The apps were designed to allow brokers to securely collect customer information from their mobile devices.
The major bank will also add DocuSign to its broker tools in 2018 to enable customers to sign documents from their devices.
