The MFAA’s new consumer driven campaign has officially begun, with ads running on PAY TV, online and print publications.

The six month campaign officially kicked off on 12 June, two weeks before the introduction of new federal legislation targeted at responsible lending provisions.

“For many people, purchasing a home is the most important decision they will ever make,” MFAA chief executive officer Phil Naylor said.

“When selecting home loan offerings, consumers want to deal with mortgage and finance brokers that belong to an association which displays the highest levels of professionalism and education – and one that is not afraid to take disciplinary actions to protect consumer interests.”
