Today marks the final day in which entries for The Adviser’s state-based awards program, the Better Business Awards 2020, can be submitted.
The seventh annual Better Business Awards, run in partnership with principal partner NAB, acknowledges the individual brokers who are providing outstanding service to their clients as well as the administrators, business development managers and mentors that are working tirelessly to help make the broker channel the success that it is.

The state-based awards provides a unique opportunity to celebrate the top-performing individuals and offices in the broking industry in NSW, Victoria/Tasmania, South Australia/Northern Territory, Western Australia and Queensland and showcases their hard work in their local market.
Spanning the gamut of the broking industry, the awards not only celebrate the best brokers in the different states, but also celebrate those championing wellness in the sector (Wellness Advocate of the Year), the offices that are going above and beyond to give back to their community (Community Engagement Program) and the best new entrants to the market, too (Best New Office, Best Newcomer).
Nominations for the 19 awards will close at 5.00pm today (Friday, 22 November), so make sure you complete your entry today.
The winners of the Better Business Awards 2020 will be announced at the state-based awards dinners, following the conclusion of the award-winning Better Business Summit.
The Better Business Awards will take place between 13 February and 12 March in the following venues:
- Adelaide, 13 February – Adelaide Convention Centre
- Perth, 20 February – Crown Perth
- Sydney, 27 February – Hyatt Regency Sydney
- Brisbane, 5 March – Hilton Brisbane
- Melbourne, 12 March – Crown Melbourne
