Australian Broking Awards 2020

The Adviser, in partnership with NAB, is pleased to announce the Australian Broking Awards finalists for the Residential Broker of the Year and the Customer Service of the Year - Office categories.

This year, finalists for the Australian Broking Awards (ABAs) will be revealed by categories over the course of the next two weeks.

This new approach is to showcase the outstanding achievements of our finalists in each hotly contested category, with each finalist having a dedicated profile page to display their valuable contribution in strengthening Australia’s broking profession.

Residential Broker of the Year

The Residential Broker of the Year category recognises the residential mortgage adviser that best represents the industry. The award celebrates the individual whose business and customer service achievements are exemplary.

In one of the most competitive sets, 10 residential mortgage advisers from across Australia were shortlisted for the Residential Broker of the Year category this year, including several winners from the state-based Better Business Awards, earlier this year.

Customer Service of the Year - Office

The Customer Service of the Year - Office award acknowledges the individual broking office that provided its clients with exceptional service in 2019.

This category assesses the business benefits associated with effective customer service/satisfaction, taking into account the uplift in new, repeat and referred businesses, as well as the non-financial outcomes of customer commitment.

Ten broking offices have been named as finalists for this award.
