“We are honoured to be recognised as the top mortgage broker for the second year in a row by a well-respected broking industry publication,” Mr Russell said on Friday.
Mortgage Choice took out the top spot in the second annual Top 25 Brokerages, The Adviser revealed on Friday. Partnering with RP Data, The Adviser ranked the nation’s top 25 brokerages across a number of criteria including total loan book, volumes and productivity.
Mortgage Choice posted a solid performance in 2009 with over $9.4 billion in loan volumes, a 98 per cent online lodgement rate and over $16.7 million in broker productivity.
According to Mr Russell, The Adviser’s ranking of Mortgage Choice as the nation’s number one brokerage demonstrates the enthusiasm, hard work and commitment of the company’s franchise network.
“Our brokers and staff are unrelentingly passionate about the business and are committed to providing customers with the best possible care and guidance, which is why we continue to receive such a high level of recognition.
“I would like to congratulate all Mortgage Choice representatives as well as our supportive lender panel, other suppliers and business partners, and our extended referral networks,” he said.
