The eighth annual Better Business Summit will take place as an in-person event for both the conference and the awards once again this year, following strong demand for an in-person conference and networking event after a year of social distancing.

As such, the Better Business Summit will be hosted as an in-person conference followed by an awards night with a three-course, seated dinner in the following locations:
- Sofitel Brisbane, 20 May 2021;
- Crown Perth, 27 May 2021;
- Crown Towers Melbourne, 3 June 2021;
- Adelaide Convention Centre, 17 June 2021; and
- The Fullerton Hotel, Sydney, 24 June 2021.
Given the new dates, the submission period for the Better Business Awards 2021 has been extended until 26 February 2021.
The awards program acknowledges the brokers with the most effective businesses, teams, marketing strategies and integrated offerings – and the loan administrators, lenders and aggregator BDMs that are best servicing brokers’ evolving needs.
The state-based awards program provides a unique opportunity to celebrate the top-performing individuals in the broking industry in Qld, WA, Vic/Tas, SA/NT and NSW/ACT, and across 21 categories and showcase their hard work in their local market.
