In one year, Mr Mentor has mentored 24 brokers into the commercial space, over 60% have already settled a commercial deal. We enable residential brokers to diversify and future proof their businesses.
The Mr Mentor Commercial Program includes:
- Six months mentoring. This includes a dedicated commercial mentor who you can run scenarios with one on one. All Mr Mentor mentors are active commercial brokers.
- Six skill building modules that take place over eight weeks. These modules are:-
- The Basic Skills of Commercial Lending
- Commercial Property Finance
- Asset Finance
- Development Finance
- Working Capital
- Business Acquisition
These modules aren’t delivered ‘webinar style’, these are live, interactive sessions with real commercial mentors
- A formal agreement between the Mentor and the Mentee
- Access to the Mr Mentor Broker Toolkit which has more than three hundred real broker tools available
- Fortnightly CPD sessions sharing lender updates and best practice improvements
