Electrician-turned-broker Tom Carmody came into industry just over two years ago and has been busy amping up his Victoria-based brokerage, Craft Financial, ever since. We find out how he’s been doing it.
Making the switch into broking came at a busy time for Tom Carmody, as he entered the industry from the construction industry — where he was working as an electrician — just while the property market was at its peak in January 2021.
But the new broker has recently seen his name up in lights, being named a finalist for the New Broker of the Year at the Mortgage Business Awards 2023.
