The initiative is headed up by lending executive, Premium Partnerships, Emma Yang, who took on the role upon joining the non-bank lender on 29 April 2024.
Yang carries over 20 years of experience in financial services and primarily specialised in small business and commercial lending.
Thinktank said Yang’s “dynamic personality” along with her industry knowledge has positioned her as the ideal person to drive the non-bank lender’s new initiative forward.
The lender said that Yang’s vision is to “provide brokers with the support, guidance, and service they need to thrive in their respective markets, fostering growth and success for both their clients and their business”.
Premium Partnerships aims to promote strong relationships with brokers by providing them with the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed in their niche markets, according to the lender.
Thinktank’s general manager, growth and strategy Peter Vala said on the venture: “Premium Partnerships is more than just a proposition; it’s a commitment to excellence and tailored access and support.
“Our goal is to empower brokers to not only meet but exceed the expectations of their clients within specific market segments.
“With Emma’s engaging personality, depth of knowledge and tenacious approach to helping brokers to grow their business, we’re confident in our ability to elevate the standards of service in the industry.”
The lender aims to leverage Yang’s knowledge and experience along with Thinktank’s “commitment to innovation” to further “redefine the landscape of broker support and excel when it comes to client satisfaction.
