Purple Circle announces broker scholarship winner

by Annie Kane10 minute read

Following The Adviser New Broker Academy 2024, Purple Circle has revealed the recipient of its scholarship prize.

Aggregation group Purple Circle Financial Services has revealed the recipient of its 24-month scholarship, a prize that was awarded to one of the attendees of The Adviser’s recent New Broker Academy.

The roadshow event, which took place in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney last month, saw both prospective and new brokers engage with a range of speakers and partners to learn more about how they can thrive as a broker in the current environment.

As part of the event partner offerings, Purple Circle Financial Services was giving away a 24-month scholarship prize, valued at $8,400, to one fortunate participant from one of the three states.

The scholarship includes comprehensive 24-month mentoring from industry experts and the dedicated mentoring team at Purple Circle. In addition, the winner receives a waiver of software and compliance fees for the entire duration of the scholarship.

It has now been announced that this year’s recipient is Rachael Radley from Queensland (who attended the New Broker Academy at Waters Edge, Brisbane on 4 June). She is just starting her broking career after having worked at the Office of the Health Ombudsman.

Announcing the recipient, Purple Circle said: “The scholarship recipient was randomly chosen from the numerous entries received during the recent roadshow.

“Purple Circle Financial Services is thrilled to welcome Rachael into the dynamic and rewarding world of broking.

“This initiative underscores Purple Circle’s commitment to nurturing new talent and supporting the growth and development of aspiring brokers.”

Purple Circle saw its loan book surpass the $4 billion milestone in January 2024, following on from a record year of settlements from members.

Its broker members are now settling in excess of $1 million per month.
