Individual finalists include residential, asset finance, commercial brokers, regional brokers, loan administrators, new brokers, and rising stars.

The highest-scoring broker will be crowned Broker of the Year at the end of the awards ceremony in August.

Industry thought leaders, mentors, and wellness advocates have also been honoured for their continued service to the broking industry.

Several brokerages have qualified as finalists in the group categories this year, alongside brokerages, independent and franchise offices, aggregators, technology service providers, and broker marketing and CRM platforms.

Furthermore, the awards have shone a spotlight on companies that have provided valuable community engagement programs and training and education programs.

How the winners will be chosen

To determine the winners, the finalists’ submissions will be delivered to a panel of respected professionals and business leaders, who will assess each submission against the criteria of each award category.

The judges score each part of the submission across the category’s criteria, giving an aggregated score. A number of judges will individually assess each submission for each category, offering a blended score and assessment.

The combined judging scores for each submission in each category are tabulated, with the highest-scoring submission deemed the winner.
