The brokerage was ranked number one by Topfranchise.com.au after placing first in six of the eight specific categories.
Smartline placed first in the lifestyle, passion, support, renewal, recommendation and financial rewards categories.
Topfranchise.com.au head of intelligence Ian Krawitz said it wasn’t a surprise to see a mortgage broker take out the number one spot for passion or lifestyle.
“Smartline has raised the bar for the mortgage broking industry by performing consistently well across all of the key areas to keep their franchisees highly satisfied,” Mr Krawitz said.
Smartline managing director Chris Acret said the excellent survey result reflected Smartline’s strong people focus and commitment to building a team culture that supported everyone within the group.
“As a franchisor, our business philosophy from day one has been that we don’t succeed unless our franchisees succeed – and this remains core to our business today,” Mr Acret said.
