by Annie Kane11 minute read

The home construction company has selected Mortgage Domayne as its exclusive partner to provide broking services to Metricon clients.

Melbourne-headquartered mortgage brokerage Mortgage Domayne, led by broker director Mark Polatkesen, has been named as the exclusive broker partner for home building giant Metricon.

Under the partnership, Mortgage Domayne’s team (currently around 40 staff, including brokers, operations support, and a progress payment team) can offer Metricon customers access to tailored mortgage solutions and help them “fast-track their home building journey with competitive rates and personalised support”, the construction company said.

Drew Glascott, Metricon’s general manager – sales & marketing for Victorian housing, said: “We’re proud to announce our exclusive partnership with Mortgage Domayne, which comes at a critical time for home buyers facing high interest rates and cost-of-living pressures.

“This collaboration ensures that Metricon customers have access to expert construction finance advice and exclusive loan options, helping them secure the most suitable options in a challenging market.

“With Mortgage Domayne’s personalised support, we’re making the home building journey faster, simpler, and more affordable.”

Metricon said that Mortgage Domayne’s “skilled brokers” could provide “expert mortgage advice” and search through hundreds of loan options to find “the best fit” for Metricon customers.

“With over 40 dedicated professionals and a shared commitment to exceptional service, Mortgage Domayne makes securing the right loan easier than ever for Metricon customers,” the construction group said.

“This new partnership reinforces Metricon’s commitment to supporting our customers through every step of their home building journey, ensuring they can confidently manage their finances in today’s high-interest-rate environment.”

Mark Polatkesen said that the brokerage was “thrilled” to have entered the exclusive partnership with Metricon, adding: “In today’s environment, where managing living costs and finding the right home loan is crucial, Mortgage Domayne is here to make a difference for Metricon clients.

“Our brokers are ready to provide personalised advice to match each client’s unique financial needs. Whether they’re a first-time buyer or planning to upsize, our construction finance specialists and dedicated support team are here to enhance their home building journey.”
