A total of 20 winners have been announced for the inaugural Commercial Finance Awards, hosted with the support of principal partner Judo Bank.
Winners of the first-ever Commercial Finance Awards were announced at a cocktail luncheon today (Thursday, 28 November 2024) at the Fullerton Hotel in Sydney, where members of the commercial finance industry gathered to celebrate the achievements of leading professionals and businesses within the sector.

The awards program – hosted jointly by The Adviser and sister brands Broker Daily and Accountants Daily – highlights the leading commercial brokers, brokerages, accountants, and aggregators paving the way in the Australian commercial finance industry.
Winners were announced across 13 individual and seven group submission-based categories including Commercial Broker of the Year, Development Finance Broker of the Year, and Customer Service Broker of the Year.

Over 120 finalists competed for the final awards, with 20 winners being selected for the inaugural awards program.
By winning a Commercial Finance Award, winners will receive national recognition for outstanding contribution to the commercial and asset finance broking industry. Additionally, the recognition from being awarded this prestigious accolade may lead to further success and career advancement.
Some of the 13 individual winners include Isabella Constantinou of Simplicity Loans & Advisory as Commercial Mortgage Broker of the Year, Mark Kevin of Mortgage Advice Bureau Sydney as SMSF Broker of the Year, Eugene Lee of LoanOptions.ai as Asset Finance Broker of the Year, and Brenton Hunt of Code Black Finance as Rising Star of the Year.
The group winners include Green Finance Group as Commercial Mortgage Brokerage of the Year, Connective as Commercial Aggregator of the Year, Stamford Capital Australia as Development Finance Brokerage of the Year, Fintelligence as Asset Finance Aggregator of the Year, and more.
The brand-new Commercial Finance Awards has now set the benchmark for professional achievement within Australia’s commercial finance industry, while celebrating the achievements of top-performing individuals and businesses across the sector.
The cocktail luncheon provided an opportunity for attendees to network with industry leaders and peers across commercial and asset finance broking.

Winners were assessed against a robust quantitative and qualitative judging criteria that evaluated growth, business development, diversity, leadership, innovation, business excellence, and contribution to the Australian commercial finance sector.
The awards were open to all commercial finance brokers, brokerages, aggregators, business development managers (BDM), and other service providers in the commercial and asset finance space.
