Mortgage Choice has appointed industry stalwart Andrew Russell to its team.

Mr Russell will join Mortgage Choice as the company’s head of sales after years as Firstfolio’s general manager.
According to Mortgage Choice’s chief executive officer Michael Russell, Andrew Russell will be required to drive increased market share for Mortgage Choice through providing direction, leadership and coaching to state office teams, ensuring franchise network members have what they need to develop their sales and business generation skills.
He will also oversee the company's franchise recruitment efforts and manage its major sales incentive programs.
"We deliberately took as much time as necessary to thoroughly research and select a replacement for our Head of Sales role,” Michael Russell said.
