Westpac has unveiled a new communications hub that will help brokers better service their clients.

Westpac general manager mortgage broker distribution Huw Bough said the new website, www.westpacbrokerbase.com.au, was developed after extensive feedback from brokers and industry stakeholders, in a complete process involving focus groups, surveys and user-testing.
“A key focus in creating Westpac’s new broker website has been improving the bank’s online communication presence with professional mortgage brokers, as well as providing tools and engaging content which add value to their business,” Mr Bough said.
“Communication is essential. We see the Westpac BrokerBase website as facilitating more effective engagement and thus helping our valued partners empower and expand their businesses.”
Mr Bough said the website had been designed in a such a way that brokers would be able to find the information they are looking for with fewer clicks.
