Westpac has reaffirmed its commitment to the broker channel through a new direct marketing campaign.

The direct mail communications, which will be sent to mortgage customers who are approaching their 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th anniversaries of having a Westpac home or investment loan, will recommend clients contact their mortgage broker to conduct a full review of their loan.
Westpac’s general manager mortgage broker distribution Huw Bough told The Adviser the initiative highlighted how committed the lender is to the ongoing success of the third party distribution channel.
“This is an important proof point that clearly demonstrates how Westpac is committed to recognising and respecting the customer's choice, and the value of our broker partnerships,” Mr Bough said.
