David Devenish joins the team with a wealth of experience in the property industry, having previously held roles at Profound Property and Macquarie Bank.
Speaking about his appointment, Mr Devenish said his mandate is to grow Smartline’s market presence, maintain and boost franchisee support and development, and further enhance Smartline’s reputation for superior client care and industry best practice.
“As well as safeguarding and further developing the support structures and business development for the state’s existing 31 franchisees, I’m keen to meet and recruit like-minded finance professionals looking to own their own business,” he said.
