Aaron Milburn will join the team as head of broker distribution from November 28.
Mr Milburn brings more than 14 years experience to the team, having first worked for ANZ in New Zealand back in 1997.
In 1999 Mr Milburn travelled to the United Kingdom to join HBOS as area sales manager and took responsibility for the delivery of 45 retail stores in the south east London.
In this role Aaron managed the mortgage books, wealth products and retail banking products across this region.
In 2008 when HBOS sold Bankwest to the Commonwealth Banking Group, Mr Milburn relocated to Australia to join Bankwest as a regional manager.
In 2009 Mr Milburn moved into the role of Western Australian state manager broker sales, with responsibility for the acquisition and management of the broker sales retail channel and a team managing over 2,500 mortgage brokers.
In 2010 he took on the role of head of broker sales residential and commercial and was responsible for the acquisition and management of the broker sales channel, managing three state managers and 18 partnership managers.
Mr Milburn replaces Matt Wood, who has been acting in this position since December 2010.
Mr Wood will continue in his acting role until Mr Milburn joins and then return to his original role of key accounts manager within the broker distribution team.
