In a bid to enhance its broker proposition, Pepper has teamed up with Valuation Exchange to allow its broker partners to order valuations online.

The ValEx partnership will allow brokers to order their valuation prior to submitting an application for a loan approval with Pepper.

According to a statement by the company, the new partnership will make the loan assessment process more efficient, as Pepper will be able to utilise the valuation report and structure the loan application based on the valuation outcome.

“If you decide to order a valuation upfront with ValEx, please provide a copy of the valuation with your Pepper application or advise the Pepper credit team so they can extract the report,” the statement read.

In addition, any broker that orders a valuation upfront will have their application fee reduced to $600 and collected at settlement.
