Highlighting its ongoing commitment to the third party distribution channel, CBA has launched a new broker Facebook page at the MFAA conference in Adelaide.

The Facebook page was developed to not only stimulate discussions with brokers, but also help them with their own social media pages.
Speaking to The Adviser, a spokesperson for CBA said many brokers have their own facebook page, but don’t know what information to include on the site.
“We will provide information on our site that brokers can then lift and put on their own website,” the spokesperson said.
“It is just another way of helping our brokers interact with their clients in a way that appeals to them.
“There are so many people on Facebook and brokers that aren’t involved are missing out on lucrative business opportunities.”
