Highlighting its commitment to ongoing broker professional and personal development, the MFAA has launched online learning courses through its professional development web-based platform, MFAA Pathways.

The online learning system features over 120 professional and personal development courses, including free instruction on basic PC desktop skills, management and leadership techniques, which focus on personal development, decision making and sector specific subjects like equipment and commercial finance.

The MFAA is working with InterAction Training Pty Ltd, a digital publishing solutions provider, to develop the MFAA Pathways system.

MFAA chief executive Phil Naylor said the pathways courses were created to help brokers achieve their personal and professional goals.

“This new resource is another example of how we are helping members stay ahead of industry developments and become authoritative and trusted sources of lending information,” he said.

“MFAA Pathways provides professional development programs that meet the needs of our members for sector-specific courses. All of the programs are current, relevant and practical. It is learning on demand which puts members in control of their own career development.”
