More than trophies up for grabs at the ABAs

$10,000 cash from principal event partner Commonwealth Bank is one of several prizes announced today as part of the 2012 Australian Broking Awards official prize packs.

With just one week to go until the prestigious event, The Adviser today unveiled the prizes on offer to this year’s top performing brokers.

Winners of the Residential Broker of the Year, Finance Broker of the Year and Newcomer of the Year categories will all receive  prize packs worth more than $15,000, with a Performance Boost business coaching pack from FrontRunner Consulting Group’s Doug Mathlin, a six month subscription to RP Data  and a full page advertisement in national consumer property investment title Smart Property Investment just some of the rewards up for grabs.

Finalists will also receive more than $3,000 worth of prizes, including a Business Coach Practice Management Toolkit CD set from FrontRunner Consulting Group and a 12 month subscription to TouchPoint newsletter service.

The overall Broker of the Year, chosen from the winner of the Finance Broker, Residential Broker and Newcomer of the Year, will also take home the coveted $10,000 cash from Commonwealth Bank.

Jim Hall, publisher of The Adviser said it was important to reward finalists and winners not only with recognition, but with tools which will help them build on their success.

“The purpose of the Awards is to highlight the very best brokers and brokerages in the industry and these prizes are fitting of the hard work and dedication shown by all of our finalists,” he said.
